Every driver is pre-screened through SSN verification, MVR checks, and comprehensive background screening. All shipments are tracked in real time, and chain-of-custody documentation is maintained throughout every delivery. Sensitive shipments receive additional handling protocols based on content type.
We utilize electronic dispatch and real-time GPS tracking, allowing our operations team and clients to monitor shipment status throughout the delivery process. Electronic proof of delivery — including photo documentation and e-signatures — is captured at drop-off.

At point of delivery, our drivers capture a digital signature from the receiving party and photograph the delivered package in situ. This documentation is timestamped and attached to the delivery record, providing a complete, auditable proof of delivery for your records.
